The capital city will switch on all the landscape lights in the evenings through out the golden week. Lighting hours will start from 6pm to 12am, and all the city's major buildings and glamorously-lit streets around the the Chang'an Avenue will be inscribed with a network of geometrical lines that light up at night.

The municipal government says, all the lanterns, equipment and lighting facilities are environmentally friendly. And crowds can enjoy the beautiful night view until the opening of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
